Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credential
- Experience providing therapy in educational or pediatric settings is a plus
- Ability to build rapport with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to support a diverse caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs through formal and informal evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Deliver therapy sessions one-on-one or in small groups within school environments
- Maintain accurate documentation, track student progress, and provide regular updates to educators and families
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and relevant school initiatives
