Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Live Oak, CA

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
- Valid SLP-CCC credential required
- California state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students’ speech and language needs as part of an educational team
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, utilizing evidence-based practices
- Provide direct therapy and intervention for students, both individually and in small groups
- Document progress, maintain required records, and prepare necessary reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with families and educational professionals
- Advocate for students’ communication needs within the school environment
