School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Live Oak, California

Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist license and California state credentials
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience or strong interest in working within a school setting
- Proficiency in managing diverse caseloads, including PreK through 12th grade
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Flexibility and a collaborative spirit
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students across grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and document student growth
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development as required
- Provide consultative support to classroom teachers and support staff
