Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license in Colorado (or eligibility for licensure)
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience in K-12 school settings, particularly with speech/language disorders, preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide direct therapy and consultation services to students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and professional development sessions
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment to ensure every student can achieve their communication goals
