Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure permitting work as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school environments
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage effectively with students, families, and school teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) focusing on each student’s strengths and challenges
  • Deliver direct therapy services in one-on-one and group settings
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student achievement
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance with school and federal guidelines
  • Provide ongoing support and training for school staff and families related to speech-language interventions
