Key Qualifications:
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)

- Comfortable providing both direct therapy and clinical supervision
- Experience managing or mentoring SLPAs, strongly preferred
- Skilled communicator with adaptable, team-oriented mindset
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver comprehensive SLP services, conducting evaluations, developing IEP goals, and implementing evidence-based therapy for students with diverse needs
- Supervise and provide guidance to a team of SLPAs, ensuring high-quality therapy standards are met
- Document progress and collaborate closely with educators and special education teams using SPED Track
- Maintain open communication with caregivers and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt seamlessly between in-person and VOCO (virtual) platforms as needed
