Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Eligible or current Missouri state SLP license
- Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Comfortable with case management, therapy, and leading a team
- Familiarity with IEPs and the SPED Track system is helpful
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech/language therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Supervise and support a dedicated team of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
- Manage and develop IEPs using the SPED Track platform
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to maximize student outcomes
- Serve as an advocate and resource for students’ communication needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and meetings with parents, as required
