Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state license (or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, and other support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grades
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in line with school district guidelines
- Provide consultation and training for teachers and families to extend support beyond sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development opportunities
