Make a difference in the lives of elementary students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time, onsite contract assignment supports a caseload of approximately 50 general education students in one elementary school environment. You’ll focus primarily on articulation and fluency needs, and work alongside another experienced SLP who manages more complex cases—ensuring collaboration and a manageable workload.

Ideal candidates are those with their CCC-SLP, but applications from driven new graduates will also be considered. Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • SLP-CCC preferred; will also consider SLP-CFY and new graduates eager to learn.
  • Valid SLP license to practice.
  • Previous experience in school settings, especially with elementary-aged students, highly valued.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Commitment to onsite, in-person services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for articulation and fluency disorders.
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate records.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and the existing SLP on campus.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions.
  • Foster a supportive and effective therapy environment tailored to student needs.
