This position offers an opportunity to provide specialized speech-language pathology services within a school setting, supporting a student aged 1 to 15 years old. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate speech-language pathology services for the assigned student
  • Conduct consultations with educators, caregivers, and other professionals to support the student’s communication goals
  • Deliver direct therapeutic interventions designed to improve speech and language skills
  • Maintain prompt, accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and licensing requirements

Qualifications:

  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid SLP license in Maine
  • Prompt Certification required
  • Experience in working with pediatric populations, ideally within a school environment
  • Ability to provide 1:1 case management and therapeutic services
  • Strong communication and consultation skills to collaborate effectively with educational and clinical teams

Location:

  • Based in Portland, Maine, serving the local school district
