- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Kansas SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, Clinical Fellows considered
- Previous experience serving school-aged children is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Comfort with assessments, IEP development, and therapy documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and diagnostic services for speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each student’s unique needs
- Conduct both group and one-on-one therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and IEP goals
- Maintain clear, accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings as required
- Utilize evidence-based practice to deliver high-quality services that foster academic and social growth
