Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for a diverse student caseload
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student progress
- Write clear, goal-oriented reports and maintain accurate documentation in line with school protocols
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer consultative support to staff and parents
