Pediatric School Speech Pathology | Laurens, South Carolina

Key Qualifications and Experience:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status, or licensed SLPA
- Experience in pediatric and/or school-based speech therapy
- Familiarity with a range of service delivery models, including onsite and teletherapy (Voco) options
- Background working with K-12 student populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students across K-12
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Adapt services to meet the needs of diverse learners, including those in both onsite and virtual settings if required
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as needed
This position features a 37.5-hour workweek on a contract basis, creating a stable and engaging schedule for the academic year.
