ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a school-based opportunity in Laurel, Montana for the 2026–2027 school year. This position is open to either full-time or part-time candidates, with an earlier ASAP start available for qualified onsite providers.
This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys working directly with students, providing individualized support, and collaborating with school teams to help students access their educational environment safely and successfully.
Responsibilities
- Provide school-based physical therapy services to students
- Deliver individualized 1:1 therapy based on student needs
- Support students with mobility, accessibility, motor development, and functional participation
- Complete case management responsibilities as assigned
- Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and service records
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed

- School Year: 2026–2027
- Start Date: Open to ASAP for onsite candidates

Qualifications
- Active Montana Physical Therapist License required
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
