Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a school-based opportunity in Laurel, Montana for the 2026–2027 school year. This position is open to either full-time or part-time candidates, with an earlier ASAP start available for qualified onsite providers.

This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys working directly with students, providing individualized support, and collaborating with school teams to help students access their educational environment safely and successfully.

Responsibilities

  • Provide school-based physical therapy services to students
  • Deliver individualized 1:1 therapy based on student needs
  • Support students with mobility, accessibility, motor development, and functional participation
  • Complete case management responsibilities as assigned
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and service records
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed

Schedule

  • School Year: 2026–2027
  • Start Date: Open to ASAP for onsite candidates
  • Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time
  • Service Model: 1:1 therapy
  • Additional Details: Case management included

Qualifications

  • Active Montana Physical Therapist License required
  • School-based experience preferred
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to provide individualized therapy services in an educational setting
  • Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary school team
