Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required

- Adept at designing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-8, adhering to each student’s IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, develop SOAP notes, and monitor progress for assigned caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive strategies in general and special education classrooms
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions regarding students’ needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with school and state guidelines
