Desired Skills & Experience:
- Active SLP certification required
- Proven experience working with students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
- Familiarity with school-based IEP processes and student documentation

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students across grade levels
- Evaluate student communication abilities and determine areas for targeted intervention
- Document progress and maintain accurate, timely records for each student
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to develop individualized strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and reporting
