K-5 Grades 6 - 8 School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Coatesville, Pennsylvania
Step into a rewarding contract position supporting students from kindergarten through twelfth grade as a certified Speech-Language Pathologist. Beginning April 20 and concluding June 10, you’ll play a critical role in helping learners across all grade levels achieve their communication goals. This assignment offers a manageable caseload of 47 students and daily hours from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, allowing for a productive yet balanced workday.
What you bring:
• Current SLP certification
• Experience or interest in working with students in grades K-12 (K-5, 6-8, and 9-12)
• Ability to quickly adapt to new settings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Dedication to helping every student reach their communication potential
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
• Delivering direct speech-language therapy to a diverse student caseload
• Completing timely assessments, evaluations, and progress reports
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Providing consultation, resources, and communication strategies to staff and caregivers
• Maintaining detailed documentation to support student growth and program compliance
