Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist supporting K-12 learners. This opportunity runs from April 20 to June 10, with a full daily schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM. You'll manage a varied caseload of 47 students, working collaboratively within a school environment dedicated to making a difference.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology certification is required
- Experience supporting students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Experience in a school setting preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students across all grade levels
- Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and success
- Develop and update IEPs, maintaining compliance with required guidelines
- Participate in student-centered meetings and contribute to a positive educational environment
