This opportunity is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with experience in schools, healthcare, pediatrics, teletherapy, or completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). You will provide essential speech and language services to high school students across one to two school sites, supporting their communication needs and academic success.

Location: Lancaster, CA
Type: Full-time, Contract (On-site only)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM – 3:30 PM
Duration: Now through the end of the school year, with discussions about potential summer hours and renewal for the 2026-2027 school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to high school students within assigned school sites
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student evaluations
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student growth
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports compliant with educational standards
  • Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as needed

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP or SLPA certification with state licensure where applicable
  • Experience working in a school setting with pediatric populations
  • Familiarity with teletherapy services an advantage
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively at one or two on-site school locations
