Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state licensure for practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but motivated candidates with relevant pediatric or educational backgrounds considered
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans targeting students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and related service providers to foster student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all required reporting and progress monitoring
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
