Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Washington SLP license and ESA certification required
- Open to candidates at all experience levels: CCC and CFY welcome
- Strong understanding of school-based SLP services and best practices
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 50 students
- Support students’ individual education plans across 1–2 school sites
- Conduct assessments, develop therapy goals, and track progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain compliance with district and state requirements for documentation
