Make a real impact supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist working with elementary resource students focusing on articulation and language needs. This contract role begins as soon as possible and continues through June 11th, 2027, offering the chance to build lasting relationships and see the growth of your students over multiple years. Work on-site 5 days a week, with hours from 8:25 am to 3:05 pm—giving you a predictable, school-day schedule.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current state licensure as an SLP, or eligibility to obtain
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language services
- Skilled in assessment and treatment of articulation and language disorders
- Effective communicator with students, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to resource students in an elementary setting
- Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to students’ needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families on plans and student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and on-going professional development
