Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Lakeville, Massachusetts

Preferred Background and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to evidence-based therapy and individualized student care
- Dedicated, compassionate, and adaptable
- Familiarity with creating and maintaining IEPs preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students
- Maintain accurate records and comprehensive documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings with staff and families
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Provide therapy both individually and in group/session formats as needed
- Communicate progress and needs clearly to all stakeholders
