Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Fall River, MA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Massachusetts
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse learners
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and manage therapy plans for students in alignment with IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
- Provide direct speech-language therapy in individual and group settings
- Maintain detailed notes and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students’ progress and future goals
- Stay current with best practices and advances in school-based speech-language pathology
