Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for license in Oregon
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates considered
- Previous experience in a school setting working with diverse student populations is highly desired
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for students of all backgrounds
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support students' academic and social success
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Educate and support staff and families regarding students’ communication needs and strategies to enhance participation
