Key Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP license and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
  • Understanding of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and related documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student IEP goals
  • Conduct screenings and evaluations to monitor student progress
  • Document therapy sessions, maintain accurate records, and prepare necessary reports
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
  • Offer support and education to staff and families on communication disorders
