Travel School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Lake Wales, Florida
A specialized Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2026-2027 school year in Lake Wales, FL. This role involves supporting students ages 3-22 within a school setting, with a caseload ranging from 24-30 students. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and support to students ranging from early childhood through young adults.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to foster student progress.
- Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to support service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with professional and state guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida SLP License required.
- Experience with pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology services.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Must be comfortable supervising SLPAs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
