What You’ll Bring:
- Active SLP license (CFY welcome; CCC preferred)
- Relevant school-based, healthcare, pediatric, or developmental disabilities experience
- Ability to work independently and contribute as a collaborative team member
- Strong communication and case management skills
- Dedication to supporting growth and communication skills in adolescents and young adults
- Willingness and ability to travel between two school sites (no remote or SLPA candidates)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation for each case
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Offer support and consultation to school teams regarding communication strategies and student progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for student success
- Adapt therapy approaches for student-centered, goal-driven outcomes
