What we’re looking for:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license (New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience working in K-12 school settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and record-keeping skills
- Comfortable using teletherapy platforms (Voco experience a plus)
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, assistants, and other related service providers
- Flexible approach to meet student needs, including participating in supportive team loops with additional Account Executives and clinicians
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments as needed
- Develop, update, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Engage in ongoing communication with parents, school staff, and administrators
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress and therapy sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and professional development activities
- Adapt quickly to both onsite and virtual service delivery as needed
