Key Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC) required
- Previous experience in school-based SLP roles preferred
- Skilled in evaluating, planning, and implementing therapy for students with varied communication needs
- Familiarity with elementary caseloads and IEP processes
- Strong organizational and written documentation skills
- Ability to travel between 1-2 school sites
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans for students
- Provide both direct and consultative services as determined by student needs and IEPs
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and other related service providers
- Maintain accurate and timely student records/documentation
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team processes
