School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | La Porte, Indiana

Two full-time Speech-Language Pathologist positions are available, serving either preschool students or a blend of preschool and elementary-aged children. This rewarding contract opportunity spans from August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027, and offers the potential to partner directly with students and educational team members to create lasting impact.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows welcome (supervision provided)
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric speech pathology settings desirable
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
- Preference given to candidates able to work onsite
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, identify, and provide direct speech-language therapy services for students in preschool and/or elementary settings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including IEP planning and documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
- Maintain ongoing records and data collection for student performance and compliance
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school initiatives
- Foster a positive learning environment encouraging communication growth and confidence
