Work Schedule: 30-35 hours per week, 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students across the K-12 age span
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Maintain detailed documentation on student progress and compliance with educational standards
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must hold a valid Indiana license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in school settings with K-12 students preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload ranging from 80 to 100 students efficiently
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to student care
