Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) considered
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
- Administer assessments to determine speech and language abilities and prepare comprehensive reports
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and communicate with parents, teachers, and staff to support student needs
- Offer consultative services to educational teams to facilitate positive student outcomes
