What we're seeking:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license, or eligibility to obtain one
- SLPs with either a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status are welcome
- Comfortable working in a high school setting and collaborating with diverse teams
- Familiarity with IEP process, evaluation, and therapy documentation in a school or teletherapy setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting students' growth and success
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments for high school students
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Providing direct and consultative therapy services, on-site or virtually, based on caseload needs
- Supporting students with a wide range of communication difficulties, including articulation, language, fluency, and social skills
- Maintaining accurate and compliant documentation
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and school staff to support student outcomes
