This full-time, school-based position focuses on a high school caseload, offering a dynamic environment for both experienced Speech-Language Pathologists and recent clinical fellows. Part-time schedules are available for those looking for increased flexibility, and enthusiastic SLPA candidates are also encouraged to apply.

What we're seeking:

  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license, or eligibility to obtain one
  • SLPs with either a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status are welcome
  • Comfortable working in a high school setting and collaborating with diverse teams
  • Familiarity with IEP process, evaluation, and therapy documentation in a school or teletherapy setting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for supporting students' growth and success

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting speech and language assessments for high school students
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Providing direct and consultative therapy services, on-site or virtually, based on caseload needs
  • Supporting students with a wide range of communication difficulties, including articulation, language, fluency, and social skills
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant documentation
  • Collaborating with teachers, families, and school staff to support student outcomes
