Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Kerman, CA

What we’re seeking:
- Valid SLP-CCC certification, with experience in school-based settings
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in California schools
- At least 1 year of experience using SEIS
- Past experience supervising SLPAs with facilitators is a plus
- Proven ability to efficiently manage substantial caseloads and referrals
- Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred (higher pay rate for bilingual candidates), but not mandatory
- Comfortable working onsite; remote or virtual arrangements are not available
- Open to SLPs and SLP Clinical Fellows—no SLPAs
- SLPA support likely available
Role responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to students
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and maintain thorough documentation in SEIS
- Supervise and mentor SLPAs when assigned
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and administrators
- Handle a full-time caseload, working 37.5 hours per week, adapting as needs and referrals grow
