Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) with active CCC credentials
- Previous experience serving school-aged populations in educational environments
- Demonstrated knowledge of assessment tools, therapy techniques, and individualized education planning (IEP) processes
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and related service providers
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and maintain accurate documentation within timelines
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations using standardized assessments and clinical observations
- Develop, update, and monitor individualized treatment plans and progress reports
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP development, and student support initiatives
- Offer training and resources to staff and families to facilitate generalization of therapy strategies in classroom and home settings
- Maintain timely, organized documentation and support compliance with educational regulations
