School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | El Cajon, California

Requirements and Desired Experience:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist with ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all students
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to a diverse student population
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, interpret results, and participate in eligibility meetings
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate speech/language goals into classroom activities
- Maintain clear documentation and progress reports in compliance with district requirements
- Serve as a resource for school staff and families regarding students’ speech and communication development
