What you’ll need:
- Current SLP-CCC certification
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
- Solid understanding of IEP processes and compliance
- Skilled in evaluations, testing, and creating targeted therapy plans
- Passion for working with mild to moderate student populations
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
What you’ll do:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and deliver engaging therapy
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations for student support
