We're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time, school-based position in Kendallville, IN. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive educational team and help students develop the communication skills they need to succeed academically and socially.
Position Details
• Part-Time
• 3.5 Days Per Week
• Approximately 25-27 Hours Per Week
• On-Site Position
• Caseload: K-12 Students
• 2026-2027 School Year Assignment
Responsibilities
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
• Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development
• Support students with a variety of communication needs across grade levels
Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Indiana SLP License or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Passion for supporting student success
