Responsibilities include:
- Providing speech and language evaluations and interventions to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Managing caseloads that may vary and will be clarified during the interview process
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and school staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district guidelines
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary efforts to support student success
Qualifications:
- Valid certification as SLP, SLP - CCC, or SLP - School; candidates with Clinical Fellow (CF) status and Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) are also considered
- Experience working within educational settings preferred
- Ability to travel and provide on-site services across multiple school campuses within Kansas City, KS
- Strong communication and organizational skills
