Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid SLP license and CCC credential
- Experience providing speech-language services in a school setting strongly preferred
- Comfortable managing a substantial caseload (60+ students), with district support in reducing numbers
- Collaborative, communicative, and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to organize and structure your weekly schedule to prioritize student needs across multiple campuses
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to assigned students at both an elementary and a high school campus
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress, therapy sessions, and communication with educational teams
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student success
- Adapt therapy approaches as needed to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive educational plans
