Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Kaneohe, HI

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students in a school setting
- Knowledge of IEPs, individualized student support, and data-driven therapy
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy for students with speech, language, or communication challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize each student’s progress
- Document student progress, prepare required reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide guidance and resources to classroom staff and caregivers
- Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and procedural requirements in the school environment
