School Speech Language Pathologist - Junction City, Oregon

Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure for the assignment period
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong clinical fellows will be considered
- Prior experience in a K-12 school environment highly valued
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to providing in person services throughout the duration of the contract
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a full caseload of students following IEP guidelines
- Conduct thorough assessments and participate in eligibility meetings
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student success and generalization of skills into the classroom
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and complete required administrative forms
- Attend scheduled staff meetings, professional development, and school-wide events as needed
