Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience providing speech therapy services in school settings a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills for virtual service delivery
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments virtually for K-12 students
- Develop tailored Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and document student progress
- Deliver engaging, effective teletherapy sessions addressing speech, language, fluency, and communication disorders
- Consult and collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure optimal student outcomes
- Maintain thorough records and prepare timely progress reports in accordance with state and district requirements
- Proactively participate in IEP meetings via video conference
