Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Joliet, IL

Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Illinois
- PEL (Professional Educator License) certification is required
- Experience working with school-aged children, ideally in elementary settings
- Clinical Certification of Competence (CCC) preferred
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities
- Dedication to fostering positive student outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and therapy services to elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
- Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support each student's progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation as mandated by educational standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate interventions in both individual and group settings
