Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Active SLP state license & certification (CCC preferred; CFY candidates will be considered)
- Experience with pediatric, school-based, and/or teletherapy caseloads
- Strong competency supporting elementary students, including those with communication disorders and non-verbal needs
- Ability to commit to full-time hours (part-time, 2-3 days/week considered)
- Excellent collaboration, documentation, and communication skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized IEPs and therapy plans
- Engage in team collaboration with educators, parents, and support staff
- Conduct teletherapy services as needed
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
