Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
- Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience in a school setting, preferably with elementary students
- Strong ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Skilled in conducting evaluations, implementing IEPs, and developing targeted interventions
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite speech and language therapy to elementary students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and document student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support learning goals
- Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Provide consultation and training to staff regarding speech-language concerns
