Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Jersey City, NJ

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
- Licensed SLP or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) consideration
- CCC-SLP credentials preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds are welcome
- Previous experience working with school-aged children, especially at the elementary level, highly desired
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Responsibilities in this role include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary students
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans
- Delivering both individual and group therapy sessions focused on communication, articulation, and other speech/language needs
- Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals
- Maintaining accurate records and timely documentation in line with school and state requirements
