Key Qualifications:
- Current New York State Speech-Language Pathology license required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- TSSLD or TSHH certification
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and individualized student care
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students onsite, offering 10 sessions daily with a dedicated hour for planning or documentation
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals aligned with each student's unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote positive student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with district and state protocols
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and contribute to a positive school culture
