ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position offers the opportunity to work with elementary-aged students, helping them build the communication skills necessary for academic success and everyday interactions.
This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who enjoys working with younger students and collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. The district is seeking an SLP with CCC certification who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in a school-based setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services to students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success
- Complete required reports and documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
- Support students with a variety of communication needs, including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- School-based experience preferred
