Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite school-based position serving K–5 students with additional support for Pre-K programs. This role offers a balanced caseload of approximately 50 students, providing meaningful opportunities to support student communication and academic success.
This position is ideal for both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFY) looking to grow in a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students (K–5)
- Assist with Pre-K speech services and early intervention support
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Treat a range of communication disorders (articulation, language, fluency, social communication)
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure IEP/IDEA compliance
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
Qualifications
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license (REQUIRED)
- CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates will be considered
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and therapy planning
